Perform Physios Selected for England Duty

Three top physiotherapists based at Perform St. George’s Park are preparing to represent their country after being appointed official physiotherapists to the England Football team.

Perform Elite Physiotherapist Steve Kemp will be travelling with Roy Hodgson’s squad to Brazil, whilst specialist physiotherapist Kerry Glendon will join the U23 Women in Scandinavia and physiotherapist Jake Austin will accompany the U21 Men in France respectively.

Under Elite Physiotherapist Steve’s direction, the state-of-the-art human performance centre regularly support the England squads during training camps at St. George’s Park, The FA National Football Centre.

With 14 years’ experience in elite-level football, Kemp has been part of Hodgson’s medical staff since 2012 and is a key figure in ensuring the team stay fit in South America.
