Herb began his journey into healthcare with five years of work in the fitness industry in Australia. He then qualified as a physiotherapist from LaTrobe University Melbourne in 1997 and immediately embarked on a career in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy, working at one of the leading sports physiotherapy clinics in Melbourne. Over the next five years Herb developed his skills by treating a wide range of patients and conditions including spinal, work-related and sports injuries.
Herb moved to the UK in 2003 and since then has worked in musculoskeletal physiotherapy in the private sector. He became Clinical Lead Physiotherapist at Spire Bushey Hospital in 2009. Herb is also studying for his Masters, working on rehabilitation of professional dancers.
His special areas of interest are the management of lower limb injuries in runners and triathletes, and biomechanics of running and cycling.
