A bespoke programme tailored specifically to your needs

We pride ourselves in providing a very different approach to weight management. Listening to our patients we develop bespoke programmes tailoring our support to exactly what each patient requires. Based on our many years of experience supporting patients to change their lives and lose weight for the long term.

Lifestyle Core
A 12 week programme, where you will be assigned your own Nutritionist, have 1-1 appointments every two weeks, with email and phone support between. You will receive full dietary analysis, with a tailored healthy eating plan based on everyday food and drinks. Your Nutritionist will coach you to make small changes to your dietary habits. 

Lifestyle Plus

With this package you will receive the 12 week Lifestyle Core package. In addition you can choose from one of our other Specialists to support you during your programme—either our Counselling Psychologist or our Personal Trainer. The Counselling Psychologist will help you address reasons for becoming overweight and support you to develop a healthier relationship with food. Our Personal Trainer will design an exercise programme for you in our state of the art gym, including use of our anti-gravity treadmill.

Lifestyle Total
With this package you will receive 12 weeks support from all three Specialists; a Nutritionist, Counselling Psychologist and Personal Trainer.

Lifestyle Additions

We can also add the following to your Lifestyle programme:

  • Physiological exercise testing
  • Hydrotherapy or physiotherapy for rehabilitation
  • Nutrigenomic testing, which can predict beneficial nutrient and diet change
  • Weight Maintenance package – once you have completed your 12 week Lifestyle programme
     

Expected Results
We understand our patients want to lose weight for a variety of reasons: a forthcoming wedding, to shift postbaby weight or maybe a recent health check-up has highlighted high blood pressure or type two diabetes. Our patients lose weight at different rates. We recognise that sensible and healthy weight loss is 1-2lb per week. We aim to support our patients to lose at least 5% of their starting weight in three months. This loss is associated with:

  • Reduction in blood pressure
  • Improvement in cholesterol levels
  • Improvement in blood sugar control
  • Decrease in pulmonary disease risk
  • Reduction in joint pain
  • Increase in energy and vitality
  • Better sleep
  • Ability to fit into different clothes
  • Improvement in mobility
  • Increased confidence and self-esteem
